Organize PDF pages — reorder, rotate and delete

A visual page manager for a PDF: every page as a thumbnail, draggable into any order, rotatable a quarter turn at a time, and deletable in a click. Fix a scan that came out sideways, move an appendix to the back, drop the pages you don't want — then save once. All of it happens in your browser, with the document never leaving your device.

How to reorder, rotate and delete PDF pages

  1. Open the document

Drop the PDF in and every page is rendered into a grid of thumbnails.

  2. Rearrange the pages

Drag thumbnails to reorder, click the rotate handle to turn a sideways scan upright, and mark any page for deletion.

  3. Save your changes

Press Save. A new PDF is written with your order, rotation and deletions applied.

What Organize PDF can do

  • Drag-and-drop ordering

Move a page anywhere in the document by dragging its thumbnail.

  • Rotate individual pages

Fix one sideways scan without rotating the whole file.

  • Delete as you go

Reordering, rotating and removing all happen in one pass and one save.

  • Runs on your device

Pages are rendered and rewritten in the tab; nothing is uploaded.

Organize PDF — frequently asked questions

How do I rotate just one page of a PDF?

Hover that page's thumbnail and use its rotate handle. The rotation applies to that page only and is saved into the file when you press Save.

Can I move a page to a completely different position?

Yes — drag its thumbnail to wherever you want it in the grid. There's no limit on how far a page can move.

Are rotations saved permanently?

Yes. The rotation is written into the page itself, so the file opens the right way up in every reader, not just this one.

Do my PDFs get uploaded to a server?

No. Every tool on Notoo Tools runs as JavaScript and WebAssembly inside your browser tab. There is no server that receives your files — you can disconnect from the network after the page loads and the tool keeps working.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

Neither. There's no sign-up, no email, no free-tier limit and no watermark. Bookmark the tool and it opens straight into the work.
